It’s that time again for my monthly update.

October has come and gone, and with it, a massive amount of rain and a few unseasonable typhoons. Hopefully I’ve seen the last of those for a while, as I had to cancel some plans due to the weather. In this last month, it had been cooling off a bit, but it looks like the temperature will be in the 20s for at least another week or so; November should be much nicer for going out.

I was hoping to do a bit more travelling this month, but I’ve been having fun in Osaka going out on the weekends to various meetups. This month I also went to a classical music concert, which was wonderful, and a bunch of parties I found online. I also had a fun weekend in Hiroshima with my friend Kazuki. I’ve also been exploring my neighborhood more, checking out more local restaurants, and I found a bar that has lots of friendly people (and they call me ガレちゃん). I hope to fill in more of that map on the left every month, so expect to see more of that 😀

Now that I’m basically settled, my list of goals isn’t that large, but I would like to do some more travelling, continue attending meetups and getting better at speaking Japanese. And to keep on posting here!
